For change of mind purchases, please notify us and return the product to THE METAL WAREHOUSE within 14 days of the purchase. THE METAL WAREHOUSE will refund your money at our discretion in the form we decide. If you have ordered or received the incorrect product, please let us know as soon as you receive the item by emailing sales@themetalwarehouse.com.au.

Please make sure your item is in its original undamaged condition.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders and give a full refund if for any reason a mistake is made on the website, or stock is unavailable. We will notify you and refund you as soon as the problem is brought to our attention.
We offer you a replacement, credit or refund where products have a major failure, such as:
Your refund will be processed once your product has been successfully returned and inspected by our team. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to then be processed back to your payment service provider.
Please note that the time taken for a payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending upon the provider.

Non stocked items are not returnable by the Purchaser to THE METAL WAREHOUSE. THE METAL WAREHOUSE may in its discretion accept the return of stock items and in so doing it will encounter a 15% re-stocking charge plus a AUD107 +gst charge to the Purchaser.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
